• Returns are accepted within 14 days
• To be eligible for return and refund, products must be in 100% New, Unused condition, in original packaging
• Please contact us at: sales@tylersnovelty.com to arrange for any returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• A refund or exchange will be issued after inspection of the product and confirmation that the return procedures and requirements have been followed.
